I'M BACK
Yes I am and I am happy! My laptop has served its purpose again. The internet connection in my room is once again functioning-Thanked God! I can now continue writing down here my mundane thoughts about the goings on in my life.
To start with, I'm now back to servicing our clients but this time I'm heading a section of the department. It's a challenging one since for one I still don't have a telephone. Second, the facilities are not as advanced as the ones that I am used to having with my previous employer but then again that's where the challenge is! This is the reason why being in this position makes me excited and pumped up.
I love streamlining processes and trying to automate things at work... I just love doing projects! However, I just have to be patient with myself as well since everytime I have plans and projects in mind I tend to want to do them asap which I know is not really possible since I have to consider I have my current responsibilities to tend to and a section to fix. But I know I can pull everything off... yeah I'm pretty sure about that!
When I'm excited about something my adrenalin is all pumped up! I just have to ward off distractions so I wont lose my focus.
I know I'm going to make a difference in this department. Atleast as early as now I've done something even if it's just a small one, I'm able to put my team in just one area, provided them a workstation way better than what they used to have and we are inside a room with a great view of the whole area and the nearly province.... a good working environment to start the year right. I'm happy with my team, they're cooperative and hardworking and I'm sure we will shine this year... very positive!
