It's a wonderful way to start the month, it's the first of September and we found out the good news quite early in the morning - we hit the target for last month and it was the all time low so far! What a way to start the day and month!
Actually, not all teams within the department was able to meet their targets but as a whole our delinquency rate is the lowest so far. Only my 90dpd team was really able to make it and there's 60dpd team who almost made it.But the most important thing of all is that as a team we were able to pull through and teamwork made it all happen.
I'll be having a dinner with my agency on Monday as promised and also to show my appreciation for a job well done. I know this is just the beginning. I'm so looking forward to more successful attempts to hit the target monthly.
